2. Shipping Origin
Most orders are shipped from Hong Kong
For Unblock Tech (UBox) orders shipped to the United States, we use our U.S. overseas warehouse for faster local delivery

3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours

During holidays or promotional periods, shipping may be delayed by 1–2 business days due to high order volume
We appreciate your understanding during peak seasons.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes
Customs duties are determined by your country's import regulations
Any applicable customs duties or taxes are paid by the recipient
Countries such as North America, Europe, and the Philippines, when shipped via DHL / UPS / FedEx, may incur customs charges
If you receive a customs payment notification from the courier, please pay it promptly to avoid delivery delays.

To reduce the burden on customers, we usually declare a lower value, typically around USD 19. However, final customs decisions are made by local authorities.


Return Policy (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return policy.
If you are not satisfied after receiving your product, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return or refund.

Original packaging and accessories should be intact
This ensures we can process your return smoothly and efficiently


Refund Policy

We reserve the right to approve or decline refunds or exchanges that do not meet our eligibility requirements.
Due to bank processing times, refunds may take 10–14 business days to be completed.

Full & Partial Refunds

1. Full Refunds
Available for items that are faulty or damaged due to our responsibility
Items must be unused, in brand-new condition, with original packaging
❌ Damage caused by customers or third parties is not eligible for a full refund.

2. Partial Refunds
If returned items are missing original parts
If the item is damaged, defiled, deformed, or returned without prior notice
In such cases, a partial refund will be issued.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are borne by the buyer

4. Return Address

Return rules vary by model
Some models do not require return shipping, such as SviCloud, GetMax and DIGIBox TV boxes
