One-Year Repair / Replacement Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on all TV box brands sold on our website. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the warranty period starts from the date you receive the product.
During the warranty period, customers are eligible for repair or replacement services in accordance with the brand’s warranty policy outlined below.


1. Warranty Coverage by Brand
✅ DIGIBox & GetMax
All DIGIBox and GetMax products come with a 1-year warranty.
If the product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue that makes it unusable, we will provide a free replacement with a new unit.
If the original model is discontinued, the replacement will be upgraded to a newer model, and the price difference must be paid by the customer.

⚠️ Unblock Tech / SviCloud / EVPAD
These brands also include a 1-year warranty.

In case of product failure or defect, the faulty unit must be returned to the manufacturer.
Customers are required to:

Return the defective device
Pay a USD $40 shipping and handling fee
Once received, we will re-ship a replacement unit.


2. One-Year Repair / Replace Warranty – General Terms
Free repair or replacement must be confirmed with the manufacturer via customer service.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost when sending the product back.
We will cover the shipping cost of sending the repaired or replacement unit back to the customer.
If the product damage is caused by misuse or human factors, it will not be eligible for free repair or replacement. However, customers may still:
Return the item at their own cost
Pay an additional repair service fee if applicable


3. What Is NOT Covered by Warranty
The warranty does not cover damage or failure not caused by product defects, including but not limited to:
➤ Loss, theft, fire, moisture, or liquid damage
➤ Damage caused by improper use, accidents, drops, impacts, dents, or crushing
➤ Unauthorized repair, disassembly, or modification
➤ Flashing or installing firmware/software from other manufacturers on DIGIBox devices


4. How to Request Warranty Service (Repair or Replacement)
If your product has an issue, please contact our customer service and provide the following information:

Confirmation that the TV Box was purchased from www.androidtvbox.com
(We are not responsible for products purchased from other sellers.)

➤ Product model or item code (located on the bottom of the device)
➤ MAC address and SN number
➤ Clear photos or videos showing the issue or defect

This information helps us verify and process your warranty request faster.
